CHP Arrest 71 on Chrsitmas Eve in L.A. County

Although there were no DUI related accidents or deaths in Los Angeles county the California Highway Patrol (CHP) arrested 71 people on suspicion of driving under the influence or DUI in Los Angeles county on Christmas eve. This number is more than double the number last year.
