Two Law Enforcement Officers Arrested On Suspicion Of Rape

In a bizarre arrest two law enforcement officers were arrested on suspicion of rape. It is alleged that Anthony Orban, a Westminster Police officer that was recently promoted to detective and Jeff Jelinek a prison guard at Chino State prison raped a 25 year old woman. The alleged rape occurred after the two men kidnapped the woman from the Ontario Mills shopping center in Ontario California and drove her to an industrial park where she was raped.
The two men were arraigned in theRancho Cucamonga Superior Court on several counts and face the possibility of life in prison if convicted.
