Suspect Named In Valley Village Shooting

Authorities investigating the shooting of four men at the Valley Village restaraunt have named 28-year-old Nerses Arthur Galstyan as the prime suspect in the shooting. Authorities believe the shooting was the result of an argument between the suspect and the four.
